Shipping & Delivery Schedule

Deluxe Furniture currently delivers its products across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We deliver within 7-10 working days from the day you have placed the order with us. Our team works from Saturday-Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM GST. Our delivery schedules also depend on the product and the time you place your order.

Delivery Charges

  • Your delivery charges will depend on the products you order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Limited Shipping Delivery to specific areas 400.00 AED

Express Delivery

  • Deluxe Home aims to deliver all items within 3-5 (working days) from the time when the order is invoiced.
  • No delivery on Friday / no delivery on public holidays  
  • The Express Delivery will include an additional charge of AED300.
  • The express delivery service is not applicable for beds, mattresses and other customized products. 
  • Deluxe Home will reach out to the customer if the order cannot be delivered within the expected scheduled date.
  • Deluxe Home will not be accountable for delays caused beyond control.
  • The express delivery option is available across all-region in the United Arab Emirates, except the following area.

I placed my order today. When will I receive the shipment?

Your order will be delivered within 7-10 working days from the day you have placed the order with us. We operate from Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM (GST). Our delivery schedule also depends on the product and the time when you place your order. 

What if I’m not at home when my order gets delivered?

Our customer service representative will get in touch with you if you’re unavailable to receive your order delivery. You will have the option to reschedule the delivery date and time. Following the confirmation from our team, your new delivery slot will be arranged.

What should I do when my order arrived is damaged?

Before accepting the delivery, you need to check whether the packaging is damaged and inform us immediately. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery if you accept the damaged package. Visit our Returns & Refund section for more information.
